Hermantown contractor charged with assaulting worker with backhoe

Prosecutors charged the co-owner of a Hermantown construction company with allegedly assaulting a construction worker with a backhoe.

I would image the 24 year old supposed victim cried all the way to the hospital, now for the belly sliding hearse chasing lawyers to figure out a way to get a law suit going. The kids not hurt and he should have been doing his job the way it should be done, the right way.
