Jewelry Thieves Hit Another JCPenney

Another North County department store was burglarized overnight, police said. NEW Images Watch RAW Video Carlsbad police responded to an alarm call at 4:17 a.m. at the JCPenney in the Plaza Camino Real Mall.

Seems like it'd cost less than $2 million to post armed guards in the jewelry department at night.
