I am in the middle I have 6 brothers one sister.I think having a few more brothers or sisters would be cool.My mom was a stay at home mom.We had home cooked meals every day but Fridays.Went to church.Went camping a good life we had.I am just glad I had my mom home careing for us.

I dated a nurse. She worked three 12 hour shifts a week...pretty good deal.

I give her a lot of credit...raising all those kids and going to school. She sure must be a great manager of money too...to do that all by herself...with no help.

she had to had help somewhere...its impossible to go through nursing school with out a support system and really especially in her circumstances

Please go back and re-read the article...her older children helped with the younger ones...and she probably got scholarships and/or financial aid to help pay for it.
Instead of being so nit-picky and negative look at the bright side of the story...she didn't depend on welfare/food stamps to get by, she actually took on learning a great profession helping people.
My only question is ...whaere, the father? And how in God's name did he get away with out paying child support?? California is a biatch when it comes to going after the dads...been ther, done that!

sorry but my own dealings with the CA CSA has been nothing but a nightmare and they are firmly on the side of the dads these days..........some idiot could not make a note of my new address or use the one that had been in effect [my parents] for the entire 16 years we had been trying to get some sort of support and they gave HIM the money back..........

We over paid the witch $1500 and CA was not going to help us get it back. The hung on like pit bulls to get him to pay it and kept taking until we got a judge who finally said ENOUGH...Guess we all have our horror stories about such things. Sorry you had a problem, too.

I think the one main constant is the PARENT [sperm donor whatever lol lol] that is ON site is the one that gets the most help / favour IMO, geez if I had ever been overpaid I would have called and let ya know, just for the fact that you had been paying was the best thing, I was not about ripping anyone off........
