For years the community has stated Ex Officer McNally was an addict. Kent Harris swept it under the rug! Congrats Sheriff Hensley for getting the Drug dealing, using Ex officer McNally out of town! Bad influence to our children/teens/adults!

Really,,,,are you surprised? Most,,,,,not all,,,,but most individuals go into County or City law enforcement because of one or more of the following reasons:

1. They're too lazy to work a real job.
2. They're too stupid to work a real job.
3. They're powerhungry, abusive, sob's
4. They're common criminals themselves and want to play both sides of the law.

Surprised? Welcome to the real world. Of course they're are sincere, educated officers in the business, but they seem to be few and far between.

Coming from a LEO background I can tell you that's bullshit. There are definitely some bad apples in the mix but by and large they're good people who went into law enforcement wanting to make a difference. What happens down the road sometimes is a result of dealing with the public on a mostly negative basis daily and is also a reflection on the community (i.e. if you have corrupt community leaders then corruption in your police dept will flourish).

So, what you are saying is that, it's always someone else's fault when a "good" cop goes bad?

McNally has been on drugs since he was married to his first wife, hanging out with Josh Mcinturff doing extacy, being an officer and dealing with the public has not made him who he is today. He's always done drugs.

If everything on this thread is true and all of this was common knowledge about Mcnally being an addict. Who put Mcnally in charge of drug investigations to begin with? You can't praise someone for getting rid of him when he was the one that put him into that position to begin with.

Town moto..... "we know everything and what we do not know we make up" this should have never been made publ ic until more proof could have been established. People hear officer and drugs in the same sentence and ASSUME the worst. I am not saying this officer is innocent I am just saying it could have waited before it became yellow journalism.
