Move to make water hookups mandatory dies without vote

An ordinance to require mandatory water connections never came to a vote Monday night as the measure died for lack of a second.

The water Co. Does not have enough money. someones brother in law need a job.So will you please make it a law that you have to hook up to the water Co. Cant you see they need to force people to use there water. And if the dont they want to lean there property or make some other lame law.
