The Millcreek Supervisors seem to think that seniors do not mater n the well bin of the township. They re simply too lazy to find a solution to a serious problem that divides Millcreek. This must be remembered in the next 3 elections for Supervisor.

Elections will not change anything, just look at the school board. It might help if better candidates were to seek office but who wants the head ache.

This is incorrect. Joy center is open five days and plans to be open seven. Duplicate services? Assuming you are meaning you read John Groh's OPINION article (not fact) so I guess I can't blame you for believing everything that is printed in the newspaper as fact. Most citizens are bind sheep. But the gold card program is only physical activities at community areas so grandma and grandpa share the bike with the sweaty kids and jocks. The center offers computer classes, art classes, genealogy classes, specialized crafts and a ton more. That was John's attempt to belittle the center all so that his rival, Joe K, doesn't leave a little bit of a legacy behind. How silly. In a year no one will care about Joe or remember but John's legacy will be that dump guy who knew nothing, was a one term guy and closed the only senior center Millcreek has ever seen.

The vast technical advances of the past 30 years is amazing. If a person is unable to entertain themselves mentally or physically shame on them. Why do they need a club house ? The JOY CENTER is something out of the 50's or 60'

Meeting tomorrow with John Groh and Joy center representatives. Wonder how much bs opinion John will try to spit out. His editorial had minimal fact but yet they print it as it is a bible. Ridiculous.

Joy center will get three month extension. John, Brian and Rick met with center reps and John was muted by the other two who basically apologized and offered an extension without fully stating it due to the legal issues. Tuesday will be the announcement.

Is the JOY Center a good place to pick up chicks? One female member stated she belongs because she doesn't like to go to clubs or use internet dating.

I like the vast majority don't care about Joe or John's legacy. Sheep? We just had a 1 mil tax hike and if that isn't enough to cover the $150,000 then too bad. Shut it down and stop giving municipal workers 3% raises while you're at it.

They need to shut down their big city over priced police department that keeps the budget hostage.

Can you believe John Groh believes we are understaffed in the police department? He wrote about it in the paper before the election. I'm tired of his personal opinions being deemed as facts to the public. At least he could research the issues first.

The investigation team only has 8 detectives to investigate which dog pooped on your lawn, way understaffed. They only have 6 cars per shift hiding at the bottom of the hill on Garries Road to give you a ticket. Yes that is understaffed I guess.
