everytime i drive past there so called workers they are doing nothing well accept sucking tax payers money. standing around checking their phones, leaning on shovels, standing in groups pointing they are all a bunch of fat lazy bastards! there work is crap just take a look at each pave job on peach each one is not level with the rest of the road. they start on one area on peach but havnt finished another part 2 miles away. the take over parking lots they cut out entrance and exit ways to business but dont replace it for weeks so that business loses money why should they care they are getting paid by your tax dollar. they rip up perfectly good sidewalk and put in crosswalks in the middle of the road where there is no crosswalk. should be a surprise they work with the losers at penn dot each where engineer got their degree fro a cracker jack box. when you see these fat lazy losers doing nothing tell them i do all the time and they know im telling the truth hell i could get 4 mexicans out there and the job would be done in 5 days. mayer bros penn dot and palo all tax payer system sucking losers!

Panini is probably one of the impatient clowns that doesn't obey the traffic signs or the posted speed limits making their job 10 times harder than it already is.

wow how original posts did the 3 of you get together have a circle jerk and think of all those original ideas all on your own? first off it is penndot they come up with the plans they the job gets bid out the the LOWEST bidder like mayer bros or palo take a look at their work you can tell its shit. next poster never seen them use a tar buggy cuz if you look at all the asphalt they put down none is sealed on the ends where they cut and im guessing they dont put down tar tack to help the asphalt stick but you knowing everything about road repairs pro all ready know the answer. these things are a sign again of the facts that they are the lowest bidders. 90 degree heat should be easy for real workers but since when has it been 90 yet this year in erie? damn did i get you again. there jobs are hard? you mean standing around talking, leaning on shovels, 76 guys staring at one guy trying to do work but knowing he cant cuz hes to fat, holding clipboards and pointing yeah real hard jobs they have.

Apparently you're not bright enough to realize hot tar on pavement can generate heat well over 100, as opposed to the 80 you experience on your porch while you're doing jack shit.
