Erie has been undergoing serious drug-related problems for the past several years. Drug addiction and drug-related crimes are both huge problems in Erie and the surrounding areas.

Some 4 years ago, Jeffrey LeCorchick (Jim's son) was busted for running a huge drug selling operation. He was found with around a hundred grand in cash, guns, and drugs.

It's now been 4 years. NOTHING has happened in regard to this case! NOTHING!!! Jeff is still free, walking the streets of Erie, as if the whole thing never occurred.

Jeff's dad is Jim Lecorchick, well-known sports guru and local talk show hosts. Jim hosts a
well-known Erie talk radio show. He is on the radio twice a day and also for other special radio events (live events, games, etc.)

Hasn't anyone ever called Jim and confronted him on the radio about the lack of justice in the case concerning his son? And if not, why????

Or does Jim deserve some kind of special consideration even though the lack of action in Jeff's case is a shameful miscarriage of justice.

I hear Jim's show all the time. He just drones on as if nothing even happened and the listeners seem to let me get away with it.

Yet if this was someone else's son (especially if the person was a non-athlete), Jim would be all over this and raging against the court system and lack of justice in holding a drug dealer accountable.

What the hell is going on?

My advice to you Richard Petite cut would be this:

Regardless of your opinion on JL, this has nothing to do with his proffesional business, you are speaking about a man's son. Have you no clue what a parent is? Obviously not, as a parent you would give your live for the safety and welfare of your children, and will do anything in your power to give them the best, yes they do make mistakes, bad choices, and some often can not stay out of trouble. But how dare you bash this man for a family matter that should remain seperate from society...or idiots like you. I do hope you realize that by posting garbage like you just did, you put yourself at the top of the list for terrible things happening to you and your children.

It seems that with all that information your issue should be with the DA's office not with a person that has zero control over who did what.

Now, how do you accurately know all that information is true.

if you want to know what is going on why don't you look into the case yourself? its called research. criminal cases are open to the public and therefore easy to find out what is going on. you say nothing has been done in 4 years. Where did you get that information from? you say jeff is still walking the streets. have you ever heard of bail? if you are looking for the truth, maybe you should start with the facts. but if you are just looking to spread lies about people, then you are in the right place my friend. i am not for the decriminalization of marijuana. not until the government produces a study that says its non-harmful and non-addicting. until then, i will just keep drinking..

agree with truth.....i gaurantee you it has nothing to do with who his father is, it is the system, very seldom does the system take care of the real criminals, but i would also say that a very strong 95% or higher of these criminals, are who they are because of their own reasons, not because of their parents. Yes, i will acknowledge that there is at least 5% of the parents of these criminals that are responsible, but i can assure you that JRL falls into the 95% that are not responsible. Bash the kid all you want, all you are doing is giving your opinion, and showing that most people throwing stones are just as guilty in some area of their lives, but for gooodness sakes no need to bash people's parents and treat them that way, they do have deep feelings for their children!

I believe also that the father is not to blame for what his kid did, but the facts are that a criminal case does not take 4+ years to prosecute. If you want to see all the continuances etc, go to the public docket sheet for indiana county(jeff lecorchick), it will show everything that is going on. Do you not agree that a criminal case should not take 4+ years?

Whatever is "going on" as far as the time the case has been open it isn't because of Jim Lecorchick's talk show or sportscasting job. How dense and small-minded can you be to think being a radio broadcaster makes you influential enough to control a major drug prosecution?

It is obvious from the tone of the op that you could give a rats ass about "justice". It is apparent you have some sort of grudge against JRL.
I cringe to think what kind of sicko lowlife would get vicarious satisfaction out of seeing somebody elses family suffer. You are a true shitheel.
What happened-let me guess. You called the station acting like your normal psychobitch self, and Jim told you off? That's my guess.
