How much did it cost for this study that offers no solutions? What exactly is there to study? Resources need to be available within the community, within the reach of these families. Maybe a newsletter would be more valuable to the needs of the families with special discounts and contact numbers for immediate help.Maybe teachers could identify some of these families.
