Sean was the only standout in an otherwise weak administration. He knows how to get things done, and will be a great choice for Senate.

Pooh, those are pretty weak arguments to vote against Wiley. You sound like you are jealous of him.
He is going to win and I think he will do an outstanding job as state senator and I think you know that as well.
He was DiVecchio's chief of staff. Always found the timing of his departure interesting, as DiVecchio threw Joe Weindorf under the bus, claiming he didn't know anything about the O/T issue, yet Weindorf reported to Wiley. Wiley's father was a friend of DiVecchio's which is how, I suppose, he got the job in the first place. So was Joe sacrificed to protect Mark's friend's kid's future political career? And it wasn't the first time a high ranking county employee left the county to go to one of the hospitals or local colleges. A lot of questions which will never be answered, and the Erie press will never ask of a good democrat.

Wiley is your run of the mill Erie "business man," who lacks any specific skillset. Just another guy in a suit thinking he is a "big shot." Typical guys like this are a dime a dozen in Erie. What exactley do they do when they show up to "work." Think about it...Erie "business man" - Big deal, enjoy the Starbucks and and golf balls. Keep on, keeping on, thinking Erie is important. Big deal. Just another guy who knew someone in Erie. Big deal

I agree this guy is useless!! Used to walk around the courthouse with one of his favorite little groupies. Why doesn't he tell us about the adventures down on the first floor then up on the 5th with the groupon. Endorsed by Fat Barry can't wait to vote against this ptuz AND THEN TAKE A diahrea crap when I flush I will think of Fatty Grossman and his lap dog Sean Wiley.

the only qualification to run for elected office is to be popular and connected to the money, if you can raise enough cash you can get elected to almost any office you want.

no qualifications are needed. for any of it.

a judge is just a popular attorney with rich friends, not a God.

the same holds true for all politicians, thats why, grassroots campaign people really need the common folks help to get in office and make the changes this county and country need.

Many times they are not even the brightest attorneys, but have rich friends and family. Many were c stidents in college(believe it or not. I am sure everyone has their own ideas who fits that description.

Sean did not show up based upon the advice of guess who? Your correct Ian Murray. Let's see the score card for Wiley- Grossman helping him the democratic party state committee helping him and now Ian Murray. If I could vote three times against this guy I would. Anyone taking advice from Murray most likely has a room reserved at the Thunderbird. Scum!!

It's not "Where's Waldo" - It's "Where's Sean Wiley". How can you vote for someone who doesn't show up to anything and I don't know what he stands for or if he can speak.

Your claim is FALSE 'Crank"....Wiley's father had nothing to do with him getting that job. You seem to be wrong with your information more than you're right! How sad for you!
In retrospect....Sean should have never been part of the inner circle. His charisma bluffed a number of people in my opinion; including Mark. He started out as a statistician and should have been left in that capacity. In my opinion, he pulled the wool over a number of eyes.

While I don't have first hand knowledge of this, it wouldn't be hard for me to believe that Sean didn't tell Mark about the OT. I question Sean's ethics.

The Akron troll is back. Shame you know NOTHING about what you are writing about.
His charisma didn't bluff anyone, especially Mark.(Didn't have much.) There was no wool pulling of anything over anyone. Everyone knew exactly what he was, AND how he got there. Consequentially, he was of no consequent. In other words, no one took him seriously.
As a result, when the SHTF, it was easy for him to be the administration's contribution to those under the bus. And NO ONE missed him.

Not the first time a high ranking county employee left to go to one of the four non profits, and I would add that several members of the Erie Media (Mullenax, Dible, Howland, Sheridan, etc.) have gone to one of those four non-profits or a government or quasi-government job. No one wonder the Erie press will never ask those questions of a good Democrat, they're all in bed together.
