Offroad Express violates terms of franchise agreement?

Did they? Rumor mill in Erie, of which I'm extending, says that Offroad Express is in cahoot's with a former cocaine dealer that works at a dealership in Tarentum/Pittsburgh area. They are working on deals that ship brand new vehicles out of country which is in direct violation of the OEM's franchise agreement. From what the rumor mill has stated they are registering vehicles to friends, family, and mild acquaintances so that they can "pretend" to have sold the vehicles in the US. Then they truck them to the distribution center and send them off.
How many of you are getting mailed warranty cards and solicitations from honda, kawasaki, and suzuki for products you never purchased? How many VIN numbers need to be emailed to the aforementioned OEM's before the hammer falls.
Enough people read this that perhaps those than enjoy having a great powersports dealer in the local area will warn him that the State 8 and Gatto "connection" isn't really a relationship that will last.

Say it isn't so. First the child molester salesman, then the failure of Suzuki now this!!! He can always go back to the junk business where he belongs

perhaps he just wants the word out so Ex-suzuki Joe doesn't get blindsided by any BS on that front.
Heard about that stuff at Cycle City but not about offroad.
