Mr.Pagliari seems to have too many ties to alot of people who don't care about the quality of life on the east side of Erie and for the whole City itself. I want my children to breathe good air not tire dust and other cancer causing agents just to line the pockets of some swarmy types. So I and my family and friends not going for wannabe or 'pocket judge' Pagliari.

Sambroak seems to have lost his passion for the law and seems to be more concerned about negotiating than finding the truth. There are a couple more that seem to be the same way.

We need more judges that have passion for the law and finding the truth.

Jeff Misko is a bum. He has NO personality and has his family members posting for him because nobody has ever heard of him. He may not even beat Meredith or Gold and that's pathetic. His little cape-cod office on 38th street is pretty impressive. An office of one because no one wants him in their law firm because he's that bad. Of the candidates, he will end up in the bottom three in votes garnered.

Noticed the billboards around town for judge. While gazing away from the reflection of one of the candidates head on the board, also noticed in the middle of his name is the word "liar". How fitting for a lawyer who wants to be judge. Not getting my vote. Maybe his 'family" friends on W. 18th and Rubino can "vouch" for him.

Angelones campaign manager is Sean Wileys dad. Little family business there at the courthouse, huh?

Actually Sean Wiley is Anthony Angelone's first cousin. That makes his campaign manager Uncle Wiley.

I like Pagliari or Angelone.

I don't know that much about the rest except for one other, and I would never vote for him; he doesn't seem to care for finding the truth always seems to be negotiating instead of working at finding the truth.

Just a thought, but Abe Lincoln started out in a log cabin...no I'm not comparing him to honesy Abe. I don't know Jeff Misko, but that's what I thought when I read what you said about him living in a cape cod. That may just say he's not materialistic and is more concerned about finding the truth more than he is winning.
Thanks for the help, now I'll give him a serious look at.

I'm gonna have to strongly disagree with you. I think Sambroak is one of the most qualified candidates for the job.
And if you are that naive to believe that ALL lawyers don't negotiate, or atleast try to, than you need a reality check.

No, not naive, I just don't agree that negotiating belongs in the justice system, it belongs in negotiating a price for something (ex. contracting or buying a vehicle) and even then when a person takes away from a price that affects the work or from the bells and whistles from the vehicle; we don't ALWAYS get something for nothing, but for whatever reason some people seem to think so.

I believe the system was designed to help people when they become off center; the problem that I see from negotiating is that it can create an appearance that something is happening that isn't; isn't that why people say stick to the facts.

True. But nonetheless it still happens. Which makes him NO different than any other lawyer. I don't agree on being easy on crime. Defense attorney's do. Mr. Sambroak is far from a defense attorney. I believe that this guy will be tough, but fair. And that's what people should be looking for in a judge.

Anthony Angelone's wife (Amy Jones) is the lead attorney for OCY. Out of all the attorneys in Erie PA it seems odd to me that the wife of Sean Wiley's cousin got the job. After meeting Jones, I won’t be voting for her husband. She has an exaggerated sense of self worth. I won’t be feeding that monster through my vote!

Word is at least 4 of these guys have no money or support, running bare bones/suspended campaigns. They will just take votes away from legit candidates like Logue and Sambroak, someone with 15% will win. These losers (they know who they are) should never have run; who is Angeloone, Pagliarino,Golden? They don't have a prayer. Saw a billboard with Pagliarini picture on it, looks like a smarmy banker working for AIG.

I agree about the part not being easy, but a person has to be able to distinguish between truth and non-truth by looking at the facts otherwise innoccent people are convicted and possibly financially damaged because some are to lazy or whatever to read a police report (do their job or whatever). No negotiating in the court room or out of the court room because of other issues that may be present; we are talking about peoples own integrity as well as possibly becoming the person you despise the most (the criminal) and as you say it happens, it happens because we allow it to and we don't or won't accept anything else.
