Do you feel that guns are more of a “public safety issue” or a radical right's fundamental misunderstanding of the Constitution? Keep in mind that machine guns were banned in 1934.
Actually Machine guns "automatic" were not banned....One may still own & shoot one, it just requires a Federal Stamp cost $200.00 & a background check.
The only misunderstanding of the Constitution is those who do not understand what it means The right to keep & bear arms shall not be infringed.
As to who is really radical in thought , one needs to understand just what the Constitution says & means regarding individual rights or liberty.

Umm nope never had a DUI in my life. I'm also not Barry. I know you seem to have been mindfucked by this guy in the past, but I don't even know his last name.

It's pretty damn sad that you are so sure of yourself and so wrong. Who are you even talking about?

See, this is where you wing dings--Constitutional scholars all--lose credibility with me right at the git go. If you really believe what you've said you wouldn't stand for not being able to carry your guns into schools or courtrooms, definitely and nothing short of, an infringement on your right to bear arms.
You all talk tough and of high ideals but if you were going to start a revolution over gun infringement, you've missed the boat because your rights are already infringed upon by reading of the words of the Constitution. So obviously you condone it.
I don't care one way or another about guns but what I do care about is exposing pompous asses who think they have high and mighty ideals when in fact they're just cowards with overly flappy gums.
Yep. I think that about sums up my opinion on the matter.
Yep....you stated your opinion but again you miss the point , a constitutional right is just that, protection against the whim of a Government to take that right away.
I never said lets start a revolution , do not play that liberal BS game with me . All I said is what the Constitution provides & as a LAST RESORT the people have the right to challenge the Government as our founders stated.
By the way since your research is so shallow , I assume you read todays Erie paper where a story appeared stating gun violence is in a deep decline down some 39% or is that some overly flappy gumming on their part.

My point was that back in 1934 no one fought the gun laws, guns were owned for a more practical purpose and gangsters were not idolized. You can take your $200 bucks and try to register with the Secretary of the Treasury and see how far you get or you can always purchase a 3-D printer.(Soon to be off the market)

All you left wing lunatics love to play what if? Fascinating maybe but when is truth & reality ever going to be a part of your agenda?
A perfect example of the apathy & stupidity which besets most Liberals is what they did in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook travesty.
The good people of Sandy Hook when faced with a proposed increase of school taxes to fund improved security & protection for School Children voted it down as not necessary & too expensive.
All of you want action or a facsimile thereof ....you do not want to solve the actual problems, that does not conform to your agenda. Finding something or someone to blame even it it violates the rights of the people or targets the innocent is acceptable.
The fact NOTHING proposed or enacted in the aftermath will do one damn thing to prevent any future shooting & actually makes citizens more vulnerable to gun violence from criminals & crazies does not register.

Making securing your gun under penalty of law would be a realist law that would be fair to all. It would only kick in if your gun ACTUALLY made it to the street and it's the average people on the street who's rights supersede your right to be irresponsible.
The rationale that people shouldn't steal your gun as an answer makes as much sense as saying since people should yield to me in a crosswalk, they will. IOW it makes no sense.
The more you post your delusional & illogical rantings ....the more you prove our points....thank you very much!

Make a list and one by one I'll correct you. Try this one on for size:
1. Your rights end where mine begin.
that is correct but you seem to invent rights that dont exist

You will correct me? Not very likely as you are an ignorant fool. Want to know just what your rights are? With regard for this threads intent ....Read the Bill of Rights, since you have already demonstrated you do not believe in what they say ....I guess you are pretty well screwed.

if you dont have rights... you must have lefts. Everybody knows that lefts are evil. A convolution is more likely than a revolution... it's in motion right now. Cats are barking, men act like women, women act like men, and there's an alien monkey in the white house.
