Looks like they did say no to the "Bizzare-O(wen)! But they said yes to Bizzarro. It's pretty clear that the citizens don't want to vote Owen into anything. |

The only thing that is clear is that voters aren't educated enough to think past the presidential election by pressing a straight ticket on both sides of the aisle. Voter apathy worked to Bizzarro's benefit. Everybody rode in Obama's coat tails , including Bizzarro.
