An unknown member of the Romney camp has released a video Romney didn't know he was being filmed, in which he claims 47% of Americans are "freeloaders who pay no taxes" and other vile insults to working Americans. The video was first released by Mother jones and has hit the major networks, it has gone viral. So long, Mitt. Go play with your money, and let the grown ups run the government.

But wait - there's more! The second half of the video is being released today, in which Romney continues to spew his disdain for commoners. Stay tuned!

Grandma and Grandpa? Paid taxes all their lives, now retired: they're freeloaders.

Kids in school? Don't yet have incomes on which to be taxed-they're freeloaders too.

R-Money includes Social Security recipients and Medicare and Medicaid recipients in his '47%'.

He included everyone receiving assistance "from the Government". VA benefits? Freeloading. Military Pension? Freeloading. Medicare: Freeloading. Medicaid? Freeloading.

He very clearly included Social Security and Medicare recipients in his "losers who don't pay income taxes" category.

Educational Loans? Who works for them? They go to kids who've never paid taxes. If you have an educational loan subsidized by the government: you're a R-Money Freeloader.

It is true 49.4 % pay no Federal Income Tax.....some of these do pay medicare or SS taxes but do not pay Federal Income taxes. It is also true some of us on Social Security pay Income taxes ...we can thank the Democratic Party & particulary Al Gore who cast the deciding vote as Vice President to break the tie vote to tax Social Security payments something which was originally set up to never happen.

The real truth is far to many people are not paying their fair share of Federal Income Taxes even if they do pay SS, Medicare or other taxes , after all there is no tax forgiveness for these other mandatory taxes like the Federal Income Tax structure.

Spin this story to your hearts content , but it is about time somebody spoke up regarding the fact there are many people not paying a fair share of Federal Income Taxes.
Here`s a question to consider.......If it is considered proper for Retirees to pay income tax on their Social Security income if they exceed certain gross income limitations ...why is there no income tax assignment for welfare, food stamps or other entitlements.
The one exception I can think of is Unemployment Compensation which the IRS considers taxable income.

My grandparents pay NO INCOME TAXES. They are squarely within R-MONEY's 47% Freeloader Class. Cite R-Money's exempting anyone not paying income taxes from his blanket smear. I'll wait.
Bobby Brady wrote:
<quoted text> Wrong again Stu. You are not a freeloader if you EARNED the benefits like the 53% did. When you take benefits you never earned you are part of the 47%.
