The new generation of Pa state cops are scary. I was recently pulled over due to my license light being out! First of all the cop was extremely rude. After a short conversation I was told to get out of my car. Then the pin head cop subjected me to a breath test. I had informed the idiot that I had consumed 1 beer. He had trouble operating the breathalyzer. When he got it right it registered nothing. He was still being very rude when he told me I could leave. There must not be an intelligence requirement to become a State boy these days. And they wonder why people don't like cops. They think they have the right to do whatever they want. DUI arrests have nothing to do with safety, it is a cash cow for the cops and the state. It's amusing how tough they act when dealing with unarmed citizens. I bet they would piss themselves if they confront a real armed criminal.

cops everywhere are shaved head brown shirt types, they are all union members and pledge their allegiance to the class warfare obama ideology. These idiots are dangerous, you are correct..they are afraid of criminals and get wood by harassing anybody who has more than they. Which is about anybody with any ambition. Even the old school cops despise this new generation of socialist losers.

Tell that story to the parents who have just been told that their child had been killed in a car crash with a drunk driver. I'll bet they will be real sensitive to your inconvenience.(sniff, sniff!!) You check your gas gauge, now check your freakin' lights. I think Bugs Bunny of cartoon fame said it best; "What a maroon!"

Hey pinhead, did you ever notice that the drunk driving crashes are caused by drivers being 2 or 3 times the limit? I was told by a government official that dui arrests are not to protect people, it is a great revenue producer for the cops/government. If you want to give up your constututional rights that is your business. I prefer not to

Hey dickhead, I notice that drunk driving crashes are caused by drunks. It's impossible to catch all the dicks out there drinking & driving, but one way to spot check is to stop vehicles with defective equipment. I don't care if you had 1 beer or 6, or whether you were headed to the next bar or not, but it just could be that the cop saved your life or someone else because he delayed you for a bit. At last check, there was nothing in the constitution granting you the right to be on the road with a malfunctioning vehicle, or the right to quaff a few drinks before hitting the road. Cash cow for the cops & state.. Yeah sure.. I suppose you were real nice & polite to the cop also..

Hey Fwad, the breathalyzer registered zero. A license light out is a malfunctioning vehicle? Okay. I wouldn't piss in a cops mouth if his guts were on fire. Cash cow thing hard for you to belive? Do some research you douche

in the first place, the original poster said he admitted to having 1 beer, should the trooper believe him? i wouldn't his mouth isn't a prayer book, in the second place, i doubt the trooper told him it was a malfunctioning vehicle, he no doubt told him he was operating a vehicle with faulty equipment, which is a violation of the vehicle code, in the third place, it's the owner of the vehicle's responsibility to make sure ALL equipment is functioning properly, why can't he periodically check it? or is he the kind of person who waits for the inspection station to do it? then cries if they fail it? I'm sure he checks his fridge to be sure his stock of beer isn't depleted, instead of beer he should get himself a nice cabernet, then he could have some cheese with his whine.
