Threads Consignments mishap

Went to Threads Consignments shop in Erie today and was happy until I realized that they gave me a receipt for FOUR items when they actually took FIVE items from me.(I made a list of clothes I took in before going).

I'm going back tomorrow to find out if it was an honest mistake or if they really did steal from me.

I've given a number of items to Threads Consignments in Erie, and to other stores in the area. Threads is consistantly the most fair, most pleasant to deal with and also a good place to shop for good quality used clothing. Even if this did occur, I doubt they would be intentionally unfair. I have no motivation for writing this other than I've dealt with them from both sides and really appreciate their professional business practices.

WOW!! Great consignment store. I consistently consign there and always manage to get a great check that I put right back into some fabulous purchases. It's always a good time whenever I go in and the merchandise turns quickly so it keeps my experience always fresh. YAY to Threads!!

Threads Consignments -- what a great place! The consignment terms are very fair, the staff and store owner are always friendly and helpful and the selection is excellent. There is lots of new stuff every week and the store is super cute! It's my new favorite place to shop AND consign.

I really enjoy this consignment shop. Nice array of merchandise, reasonably priced. What I really noticed were the friendly staff - not "snobby" like at some shops; they are helpful and friendly. My consigning experience has been fine. I also like that I can run to Starbucks or Dairy Queen for a treat after I shop!
