All this political correctness irks the hell out of me. What happened to good old fashioned raw humor?
George Carlin would be dissapointed.
Are people so uneducated these days that they take everything personally?
The best humor lies in the ability to laugh at one's self.

I absolutely agree, but I think it's actually progress.
Man, doesn't like to change anything until it reaches a point of
absolute and total absurdity. Not until the dumbest of dumbest says
"Hey, wait a minute. That's pretty dumb". Then and only then
do we change........
That only applies to the general population. Not the politicians!!! LOL!!
Politicians don't represent the people anymore and are the last( making them the dumbest) and most resistant segment to positive change.

I've always liked the offensive humor of comedians and comediens such as Joan rivers( she's been doin it since the early 60's), Don Rickles, Richard Pryor, redd foxx, Dolomite( Rudy ray Moore) and many more.
No one did it better than george carlin. He was a master. He made you laugh and think( examine ones ownself) at the same time.
That is what people cannot do or handle these days. They cannot think for themselves and they cannot handle the truth about themselves.
There is no realization for these people. No growth. No assimilation. No lessons learned. No self-examination.
Wether be humorous or not any criticism of any kind falls under the guise of political correctness or worse yet , discriminatory or racist.

George confronted every controversial issue with the utmost intelligence and humor. It was not relegated to just religion.
Here's his take on drug dealers.
