<quoted text>I agree with you totally. A SUV would be alot more dangerous at 90 than a sports car. Depends what type of vehicle you are in and the ability of the driver. I drive on I49 a lot. The speed limit past Opelousas is 75. Most drive 90 including me sometimes, so I don't get run over. But I drive a sports car, and am used to much higher speeds on the dragstrip. On one dragstrip, I was able to handle 170. I never see any wrecks. But look at the basin with te 60 MPH speed limit which most obey. Always closed due to wrecks. If cops can drive over 90 in an emergency situation, why can't people. And, I have seen cops drive well in excess of 100 on i49 and on other roads.
From the report that I got when you went to the drag strip you made a fool of yourself and nobody from the Abbeville crew wanted to be associated with you. There were some pretty fast dragsters there from Abbeville and your lil red car didn't produce in its class.

Sorry to say, we had to put our beloved cat "Blue" to sleep late last night. He had a fractured pelvis and a fractured femur and there was nothing they could do for him. She talked about amputating his leg and hip, but after x rays and tests, she didn't think he would survive. We had him for 6 years after finding him on the side of the road. We had him fixed and he was an outside cat who lived at our shop, he was good at keeping the mice off our tractors and combines. He was very friendly, when the hunters came to the camp next to our shop he would hang out with their dogs and eat their dog food. We never saw him leave the shop or go on the road, so we don't know what happened to him. It could of been another animal or someone may have hit him. He was fine Friday morning, because he was at the crawfish pond with my daughter waiting for his fish. My daughter brought him to Acadiana Veterinary Emergency Hospital. I don't remember the Dr.s name but my daughter said she was very compassionate and helpful. If anyone ever needs a Vet in an emergency, there is someone there all the time, we called a local vet on hwy 13, "Acadia Animal Clinic" and was transferred to them. Thanks everyone for the concern and have a Blessed Easter!

I tell you what If I see the need to speed I will. A few years ago I got behind a car in Nunuz going about 90 and running people off the road. I called APD when we got to the city limits and followed her breaking the speed limit calling the location to the dispatcher as we moved east. The cops finally pulled her over around the post office. She was so messed up she could hardly stand up. They found meth in her car. She was arrested. If you don't believe me ask officer Luquette. He told me I did the right thing. I could have just let her keep going killing someone eventually, but I ddidn't. So, I broke the law, but in this particular case I would do the same thing again, as would most. Another time, when Coleman was in office, a lady hit the ditch on Graceland and Hayes. I called APD. Before they could get there, some people pushed her out. I folloewd her while calling the location to the dispatcher and Capterville finally got behind her at Dominos. She ran from him and they set up a small roadblock a block past Eustis Meaux's grocery and she was stopped and charged with DWI. She was all the time trying to run from me and the cops, but I had to speed, but I may have saved someone's life and got a drunk off the road. I wrote out statements on both cases and never did the dispatcher tell me to quit following her even though i told him she was going twice the speed limit. He told me to follow her till a unit could get there. If capterville could speed to catch her, then why can't I? My car handles a lot better than a cop car, is faster, and I can handle it. So, if you don't like it, that is tough. The cops thanked me, even though I told them I was speeding.

You know I do not speed! Actually drive under the speed limits! But I'll tell you this if ever I'm in my lil White car, that goes not go fast, & my Granddaughter is with me and someone's speeding and hits me, they better hope the Law gets their before I get my hands on them!
Speeding is against the Law! Speeding kills! You want to get your oats out, go to a track!

Fred, you know which drag strip it was, you said it awhile back. And yes you came out first, because you were the only car in your class. It is hard to lose when no one else ran in that class. But the others from Abbeville were sure embarrassed of the way you were acting in the pit. You kept on bragging that you had a 700 plus hp car, when in all reality 700hps is nothing in a race car. Some said that your right arm was hurting after that night because you kept on tapping yourself on the back, because no one else would brag about your lil 700hp car.

Good for you Fred. While no one brags about you, you come on here and print a half page of how good you are. That is how the lil rich boy always did. You got to brag about yourself. You and Santa Dan from Kaplan are a lot like each other except Santa Dan is not rich, but he sure does like to blow his own horn on how good he is.
And BTW, people if some of you don't know how good Fred really is, just ask him he will be happy to tell you.
I happen to know Santa. Santa is a good man, unlike you. I have heard stories about you and your family that are horrible. All you are is white trash.

As far as your little story about, you saved some one's life by chasing her is a bunch of crap. You could of hit some one and been at fault.
And also if she would of wrecked, you could of been liable because you were chasing her and someone would of gotten ALOT of your money. You don't have the right to chase some one down the road, any how you are FRED.
And before you say it. I am not Mr. Mire, but you are a Santa Dan want a be
It COULD have happened, but it didn't. When a cop goes over the limit, he could wreck too, but they do it all the time in the interest of public safety. I have a lot of insurance, so stop worrying about my money or lack of it. The cops know exactly what I did and said I did the right thing. Now, when you are the chief, then you can tell me how to drive when a dangerous driver is on the road, but with 87 votes as Mayor of Kaplan, I don't think you will ever bve a police chief. You wouldn't get 2 votes if you ran against Hardy.

Sure Fred I am white trash, but I am not living off of what my father earned in his life. Your father went to school and became a Vet and you went to school and learned how to have close friends in college and then come home and have to close your dress shop, so daddy gave you some rent houses, so he didn't have to give you an allowance each month.
