Make a teen club!! Put in some video games, have a police offices there and set it up as a lock in once your are in you can not leave until your/a parent comes by to pick you up!!! With the new driving law at seventeen most kids wouldn’t be driving anyway.

I think a McDonald's would work. However, McDonald's would probably want to be located on the by-pass for the simple fact that no one drives thru the town any more and there is more traffic on the by-pass. The bypass was a double edge sword.

I think it should be considered a blighted property by the town and have it demolished.

Would have to be torn down. Its not at the flood elevation. Also there are fuel tanks underground and its an expense to dig up to get rid of them. So whoever gets property would have to sink alot of money in it just for the location.

The current owner wants $250,000.00 for the property!! What a lunatic!! The old fuel tanks or out dated and have been leaking therefore it would have an expensive EPA clean up just to get the property approve for any type of use.

The current owner should be liable for the cleanup if the tanks are leaking now!

It has been purchased. The tanks have been checked and are not leaking. It will be re-opened. The new owner is not certain what exactly he wants to serve.

you dipsticks, it ain't that the tanks are leaking. The new owner has to bear the expense. The tanks have to come out of the ground. Deq says they must be taken out.
