Accident on 339 near Erath on tuesday

Bad crash on Hi. 339 north of Erath. Person ejected from their car around noon today. Not sure who it was, or what their condition is. It happened near the intersection near 338.
bad stretch of highway. There are regular accidents there all the time.

I still do not know, I got the news from someone who was tied up while they cleared up the wreck.

I say we should knick name that stretch of highway and call it "blood alley" because that is what it is. There are have been a lot of deaths, and a dozen major crashes every year on this highway.

Maby it should be called drug alley, seeing how the girl "April Ho" who crossed the centerline was caught with drugs and issued a warrant. Guy in truck was ejected and now is in a wheel chair. Guess someone forgot to tell the state boys about the drugs so there was no tox-screen done.

I am a very good friend of April, and yes she has made mistakes in her life, but she is a good mother and a very sweet girl. First of all that little dope head ryan cassidy killed himself, not april. Second of all she simply got in a wreck, it was raining, and she was on her way to court with her garbage father of her child to try and get child support from the loser. April is totally drug free and takes care of a newborn all day long.
I agree that what happened to the poor guy that is paralyzed is horrible, but it was an accident. it could have happened to anyone, so give april a break. my heart goes out to the poor guy and his family, but for all you sorry hypocrites that want vengeance and revenge, think about forgiveness. i'm sure most of you assholes that post these comments claim to be christians, so start acting like one. i am from a big city and it is startling to me that you small town, country, trailor park trash get a thrill about persecuting April. Grow up people and find something better to do with your lives. sincerely, someone that cares and will stick by april till the end!

If April was drug free...then why were pills found on her that were not prescribed to her? Her mother has been raising her daughter along with the father for years. She has only been back in her daughters life for less than six months, and she is trying to get child support for time that she has not had her daughter! Poor poor April my ass. She is a mother when it is convenient for her. I feel sorry for her children that will lose their mother again.

How can you say that Ryan Cassidy killed himself? He wasn't the one who dumped his body in a ditch/coulee because they were too scared to bring him to the hospital or call 911 for the kid. On the day of the accident, this girl ran another vehicle off of the road before she got to the truck that she hit, so obviously she must have been impaired by something other than the rain... And also, if she was just cruising along, minding her business, then why after she hit that truck, she was seen trying to throw pill bottles into the canefield? What was she trying to hide? Maybe the fact that eventhough you think that she is clean, she most probably isn't! You have no idea the effects of her careless actions have caused on his guy and his family and friends who love and care about him! They are the ones that are suffering... She's lucky that the driver of the truck didn't lose his life, because she would be going back to jail where she belongs! Oh and also... if she was "such a good person" then why in the hell was she more concerned with fixing her damn hair in the ambulance than apologizing to the guy that she damn near killed? That doesn't sound like too good of a person to me!

Wow sounds like you know her very well! lol. That sounds just like her. Well don't worry she should be going to jail because she is in violation of her probation and should serve 4-5 years just for having the medication on her.

sad but true to worried about where the drugs came from than handing down jail time and they dont even go after big drug dealers so everyone gets off except the families who have to suffer their loss
