Beral Jason Ramos a resident of Ephrata has been caught after he robbed the Sunoco Gas Station at the 500 unit block of Main Street Ephrata. The gun was found used in the holdup, a modified BB gun was found in his residence. Is the guy a US citizen? Did he posess a PA Drivers license? Does he live alone, if not are the other residents of the home he lives in US citizens? Does Ramos own the home he's lives in? Their is a law covering the use of a gun in a felony, it carried a mandatory 5 years in prison. I hope the Ephrata 'do gooders' are not going to let this crimminal Plee bargain away these mandatory 5 years jail. Then tack on the robbery time after the first 5 years.
