So how loud is "loud"? I mean really. Is it quantified or is it just a "feeling" of some popo? And how come the charge could be disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct with a vehicle or in the case of Mr Hernandez, summons canceled, but still made the paper? Would that be a summary or a misdemeanor? The LDNews strikes again. Better read those documents a little closer. But I digress. How loud is "loud"?

Does this comment have anything to do with the police & fire log that it follows?

Well sure. 3 different people were charged with Disorderly Conduct for LOUD NOISE. So how loud is loud? Is it measured or is it just some cop feeling cranky?

"Gurudatta told police he has no last name, and he signed a copy of the citation using only the name of Gurudatta."

Next he'll be in the news for terrorism. Nice, let him go with no I.D.? And no last name? C'mon!

"SKATEBOARD ORDINANCE VIOLATION: Doug Shaffer, no age listed, of 559-A E. Penn Ave., Cleona, and Gurudatta, 28, of 223 E. Main St. were charged with riding skateboards on the road at Harrison Street and North Avenue at 6:45 p.m. Friday, police said."

It's a good thing that we have the Palmyra Police to keep kids from getting exercise. I'm hoping that the "Swingset Ordinance" goes into effect soon so they playgrounds will be safe from children playing as well...

They weren't kids, they were adults. They shouldn't be riding on the road because of trafic and they shouldn't be riding on the sidwalks becasue of pedestians trying to walk. How about they go ride in your driveway.

Well ok. So now that we know what loud is, I am tired of hearing motorcycle pipes so loud I can feel my organs vibrate. Can the cops please start issuing tickets? Disorderly conduct with vehicle - seems good. Otherwise, loud music saves lives.

Once again there was a shooting in newburg village millcreek township. Local kids saw body fire trucks fire police corner state troopers and there is NO MENTION in the LDNews.
Time for someone to do some real reporting and checking into the millcreek police.

you are right, it does not help the residents that the police do not make it available. Usually the PSP report it if its their call
