RT 222 new surface in Lancaster County is like a washboard. Why did PennDot leave it like that. PennDot inspectors and hired contractors are a joke. In all my years of traveling PA's newly surfaced and temp surfaces I never encountered the "wave" process that was thrown down RT 222. PennDot needs new management and new Public Relations Managers, the current Management must all be "Political Appointees" unworthy of the Publics TRUST?
