Lancaster County Court Judge Howard F. Knisely imposed the sentence on Monday.
First Assistant District Attorney Christopher Larsen prosecuted the case, and defense attorney Barry Goldman represented March (defender of crimminals).
Did these thugs have drugs in their system at the time of the attack? If so shouldn't they get more time?
Shouldnt each crimminal get an automatiuc 5 years for committing a felony with a gun? Or did First Assistant District Attorney Christopher Larsen PLEE Bargian it away with a deal with the defense attorney Barry Goldman? 5 1/2 years for this Crimminal is not enough. The judge was too leaniant.
I hope Lancaster County Court Judge Howard F. Knisely is an elected judge so we the people of Ephrata can vote him off the bench.
