I'm glad I'm not the only one to file a formal complaint against this judge. She really is just as the article described, and more.
For myself, being a litigant in Eiler's courtroom (note: she ain't worthy of the title "honorable") was a final slap in the face after having dealt with an already terrible contractor. As we were the first case of the day, I was surprised to see someone so angry first thing in the morning. She was rude. Interjected comments in the midst of our testimony and kept looking at the clock. She hardly listened to any testimony before rendering a swift decision and not hearing all the facts. Judge Eiler needs to be removed from the bench for good. As a person working in a highly public position of authority, she seems to have little regard for her position and what it means to those of us who must rely on the system. Her conduct is embarrassing and fails to serve the public in a good way. |

1 I found it ironic that she admonished the respondent for saying something "un-american", or so she thought. Judge Eiler is the epitomy of Un-American. If I ever have another civil dispute I would never take it to court, as Eiler showed, you clearly cannot trust our judicial system. |

I think Judge Eiler is firm but very fair. I have been before he twice in civil matters. Once she ruled in my favor and once against, but in both cases she was wise and fair. I would gladly appear before her if I am ever in a similar situation.

Hilarious. The woman's been accused of abusive tendencies toward litigants TWICE now in the last 3 years, and you need to gather evidence that supports otherwise. Might I suggest you sit in during a hearing to see what goes on? Ahhh, though I suppose lately she's cleaned up her act some, being scrutinized by the CJC and all. |

Judge Eiler heard our case Sept. 19th.
She was rude, degrading and didnt let us present our case. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible because she embarrassed my husband and me. We were in a lawsuit against Washington Mutual Bank. |

I was literally dumbstruck at Judge Eiler's impatience and unprofessionalism in her courtroom. Like other experiences I have recently read, Judge Eiler was disrespectful and didn't allow me to state my full case or present the documentation I had painstakingly prepared to prove my case. Her decision was not based on evidence or any legal foundation and I was astounded at her reasoning. Obviously, there have been many red flags about her competence as a juror and frankly, we deserve someone of much higher caliber - even in the lower courts.
