Last night I saw this half a midget looking fool at Walmart who had a glock, magazines, cuffs and a flashlight walking around the sore. He didn't have a badge on either. Who is this as s clown? Does anyone know his name? Is he just some rogue psycho or a midget cop who lot his badge. I demand answers!

She is 85 years old but I suppose that you cannot do any better than that.

Ive never heard of "tonging" brown eyes. If youre looking for a device to pry your anus open I believe you might be able to find one on the web designed specifically just for that purpose. Bound to be safer and more comfortable than using spring-loaded tongs. Keep those for your bbq grill.

That guy is a fairmont cop, cant remember his name. Why doesnt he wear his badge? The public has to feel threatened.

Actually, no he does not have a right to do this. Any private establishment may ban the open or concealed carry of firearms. Check out the sign on the entrance to the Middletown mall.

Maybe he was looking for the gigantic shoplifter/nark lady that has stolen $$$thousands in merchandise. Her story is on the other thread "Fairmont WalMart"...

Actually police officers can carry in any building anywere anytime. School, courthouses, post offices anywere they choose. Concield carry cannot be carried in any government buildings or businesses that clearly posted the rejection of carrying a weapon. And any 18 year old can open carry as long as the weapon is visible from 3 sides.

Read the response carefully, the guy was referring to citizens, not cops. Citizens can be prevented frm entering private and state owned facilities armed. Cops who are off duty or out of their jurisdiction can also be prevented from entering.

Police off duty can not be prevented if you read the law books in WV. And private citizens can but it has to be posted on the entrance verbally does not have legal bindings

Cops out of their jurisdiction can, not cops who are operating within their venue.

What's the big deal about having armed men at Wal-Mart?

Most men actually have two arms and are at Wal-Mart all of the time.
