The story doesn't mention heroin. About all it tells us, other than that warrants were served, is that the warrants are related to the case of a local doctor accused of running a pill mill operation. Pharmacies don't sell heroin, though they do have some opioids. There isn't enough information to get worked up over yet.

OK, now that I have had a chance to look at the newspaper, I see what you mean. But that is unrelated to the seizure of records at pharmacies, which is what you appeared to be referring to. Yes, heroin bad, cops good.

Unless the pharmacy/pharmacist did something wrong ..they would just request the records, computers...etc.. but the DEA went in there confinscating narcotics, took the computers and was looking into pill bottles.. sounds like someone did something wrong.. time will tell.. don't ya think?

Smoke and mirrors. Dirty politics. Truth forthcoming? Where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, on Topix, and it was about a local politician who is being railroaded. Same group behind it. Truth always comes out, this is true. It will take longer than you think this time and it wont be who you think it is doing wrong

Actually, no narcotics or medications were taken from any of the stores. The DEA just needed records and prescriptions to aid their investigation of a local Dr.(check the news from a couple months ago, it should be easy to figure out which one). No one at Best Care did anything wrong....can't say the same about the Dr. Nothing to get worked up over, even though the media likes to make it seem that way. For the media and "witnesses", DEA agents do wear badges, and records are "evidence", hence why people saw boxes marked DEA evidence. It was not evidence against Best Care. Relax people :)

Wonder why it was only the Best Care that they took records from and not all drug stores in the area? It only stands to reason that either Best Care was filling a whole lot of prescriptions from the accused Dr. or something else was going on. Surely all of the patients from the accused Dr. weren't forced to go to Best Care....where they?

Lot of her patients went to Best Care. She was in Weston originally then moved to Bridgeport. Agents were warned about her by a pharmacist a while back.

It's all about the chain of evidence. The feds have to say the evidence was taken directly from the pharmacy site so nothing is tampered with or gives the doc defense attorney a chance at getting the evidence thrown out on a chain of custody of evidence technicality. Does sound as if there would be a specific reason that only best care pharmacies were involved in obtaining the search warrant and it being served upon only best care and no other area pharmacies. Time will tell all.

It doesn't matter what Mario did wrong. John Walker is the head of the drug task force. Walker will cover it up to save his job. put 2 and 2 together. It will never be spoken about again. I know, I used to work for Walker. I know how he operates.

I believe with MOST that John Walker is a liar, cheater, trash, and pedophiles. Still trying to feel teen girls up John? Or have you went back to teen boys? You and Sandy Audia can trade off.
