Had a legal issue and pressed charges, it's been 5 weeks and havent heard a thing. Is it normal practice to leave criminals on the street for months before serving a warrant? Why is it that you have to be drunk driving to get arrested in this town? Sheriffs dept. smh!!
Say it aint so

I have said it before, but it is worth repeating. The MCSD is absolutely worthless. No leadership, no pride in their work, lazy, incompetent, and untruthful.

Not the policeman's job to keep you up to date and its not your job to know. There's more people that have problems than just you

I agree, it's not the policeman's job to keep you up to date on criminals who threaten your family's well-being. It's the county cops' job to direct traffic at the South Ridge Church on Route 250.
If you are truly concerned about your family, you should join (and financially support) South Ridge Church, because the sheriff department is obviously at the church's beck and call.

Or you could let them do their job or try to handle your own problems for once in your life

AMc doesn't differentiate as to whether the agency reported (simply wrote a report detailing AMc's allegations) or is actively investigating something, there is a difference.

AMc's "legal issue" leaves much to the imagination. How petty or egregious the allegation is, may also weigh into the importance/priority of an investigation. Legal issues are dealt with in civil courts (i.e. Judge Judy), which would require AMc to file his own civil complaint and sue his nemesis for damages; and nothing prevents the victim of a crime from suing the person responsible.

Law enforcement agencies deal with criminal matters, in progress obviously are more important that a post event reporting. Then there is always the chance that the matter was investigated and deemed civil and not criminal, perhaps AMc just wasn't credible, couldn't substantiate any loss, the list goes on and on.

Then again the prosecutor has the final decision on what case is prosecuted and which isn't.

Citizen are you serious? It's not a police officers job to let me know whether or not the person i came to the police department to have arrested was actually arrested or is still out there? This Is a criminal matter and I reported a crime. And Lou I'd be perfectly allright if in fact they were doing they're job but as it seems they aren't doing shit... And I would handle this myself but then I would be in jail
