When a game of 'Robin Hood' is occurring, many forget the world should not be about games but who is trying to help people. Tim had a heart to help, and what is sad is too many forget to accept and realize they are blaming 'definitions, words, and policy' when they presume they have been given all of the information needed to make a Rational Decision.
Too many cooks not listening to the Rules of the Kitchen when temperature control and Specific ingredients are required in the kitchen, with exclusions being insisted upon!
