that is a bunch of shi% to file a lawsuit against a police officer and those people and that person deserves to get shot and i think that that the rossiter's need to get there head out of there butt.

The problem is that the off duty officer was mad because a cigarette butt landed on his vehicle. The off duty Arapahoe County deputy should have just called in the license plate to dispatch and hade a uniformed officer with marked car make contact with the subjects. I'm sure things wouldn't have escalated as it did that fateful night. The deputy didn't follow policy and do this and instead got directly involved which was wrong. I think Arapahoe County should settle the case.

Well like I stated previous, Why would the family want evidence concealed?
Logic says the family would be the first ones that want ALL evidence available brought in front of a jury and or court.

brandon riensel do not ever say that about the rossiters again i happen to be related to them and the off duty deputy was in the wrong and the rossiters should have won the law suit but when you are in the government you can get away with anything enough said

brandon reinsel you mouth f%$#'d the wrong family you no nothing of the event my brother was the victim's best friend and I hope I meet you face to face so I can make you eat every word you said...David was a compassionate,caring, gentle man and that deputy was a roided out wannbee neverwas neverwillbe and he took all of who dave was and all he was ever gonna be and it will happen to you my friend look me up and we'll debate the facts buddy
