This sounds like grounds for dismissal, not a crime. What is wrong with the rich jerks in manalapan?

Can you blame her? Now who reported her? Dick Hurtz, Eileen Dover, or Liz Onya?
I thought it was Pete Zah, Ophelia Baltz and Adam Zapple. Since when is it illegal to drink on the job?. If not for that. we would have no politicians.

She needs a medal, not 25K bail. Has the world gone insane?

So I guess when my father got loaded when I was a kid he was also guilty of child endangerment and should have been put into jail?

When did we turn into such wimps?

Since when is having a coffee cup with some alcohol "child endangerment"?

She fell off her chair and those endangered children had the sense to get help for her.

Criminal charges seem inappropriate and suggest an abuse of the legal system by the district attorney's office. Wasting taxpayer money on assinine prosecutions while dangerous criminal activity goes on all around.

I can understand firing her but bringing charges? That just seems like major overkill.

Yep. I only have 3 kids, and I wish I liked alcohol because I'd be putting it in my coffee, too. LOL
Just kidding.

This is the new fascist america. Everything becomes a moral issue and even if you fart, it's off to jail.

I love that she fell out of her chair, must've been a pretty funny scene....just fire her and don't tie up the courts with this nonsense...

do you think the charges could stem from all the schools being no drug zones? maybe that's where the charges stem from.

so, what you people are saying is that its ok for your children to be taught by wasted educators? You cant be serious....and people wonder why our children are so screwed up. Look at the adult role models they have. Pathetic!!

Teachers also enjoy some after work happy hour. Jail needs teachers.

What's the big deal? My teachers were drunk all the time back in High School. My Social Studies teacher smelled like scotch everyday and constantly was drinking "coffee" from a travel mug.
