This is by far the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. why would people even think about banning him from the NFL? It was dumb enough to make him to jail time. Banning him from the NFL for dog fighting (which he didn't even get caught doing) is like banning someone from their job forever for a dui or failing a drug test. What has this world came up? Yeah it isn't right to harm animals by any means, no animal could ever deserve that. But to say his whole life should be ruined because of it, that is absolutely crazy. He isn't the only well known person fighting animals, much less the only person period fighting animals. Not too far from where I am from, people sale concessions out of the back of their vehicles to watch chickens fight each other. Why don't they get in trouble? Michael Vick isn't the first or the last person to be a part of dog fighting, so until everyone else gets jail time and their life ruined for it, why should he? He was the best quarterback in the NFL, and people couldn't stand it. They wanted it to be Peyton Manning or Tom Brady, so they had to stop him anyway that they could. He will be back and better than ever, wait and see, and I hope that everyone that is "ignorant" enough to sign that petition eats their words. And I especially hope that none of you have never whipped your child a little too hard, made them miss a meal, or even had horrible thoughts about someone else or a child, because if so then you are no better than he is.

He killed the animals himself. He AND his cohorts admitted it. The report says he thought it humorous to also put family pets in the ring to be mauled. He is a PIG.

Those people fighting chickens are pigs too. I've saw a "chicken"fight up there. If I ever hear of anyone fighting them again, I turn them in.
