Now what would have happened If he was a normal citizen instead of a Police Officer.

Pre-trail Diversion is just a smack on the hand and don't do it again type of thing.

I know David and his family. You don't know the whole story or the pyschological abuse that they (the Inglewood Commission) put him under.

He should have killed that Madisonville black cop who is now in jail for kidnapping and other charges. The cops were tresspassing anyway. Can cops not be tresspassing? Yes they can.

The idiots running the Monroe County Sheriffs Department have hired this nut to work there. Nothing like having the person who shot at you as your coworker and backup.

Actually the Monroe County Sheriffs Department did not hire him...the DNE falsely reported this information.
