According to our Constitution that is cruel and unusual punishment. You're not even close on the law or your attempt to apply it here. He was beaten to death by some victims who fought back, when he assualted them, so get over it. The illegal felon is dead anf these young heros saved us tax dollars by the goverment not having to lock him up and us support him. Of course we'll still be supports those B astard offspring of his, that he had with those white pigs

We are talking about the murder of Luis Ramirez here on this forum. Try to focus although it may be hard with your ADD. There IS a listing for it, with FUGITIVE written in all caps under the "status" section. GO to the PA web dockets site and search for Luis Zavala. It's not alleged, it's fact. You ought to try using this little thing we call "research" before spewing your venom. PS The victim in that crime was in touch with the boys' families and he confirmed that Ramirez was the man who tried to kill him.

Besides, in case you haven't noticed, the issue at hand has to do with his death, not a different issue. A prostitute can be raped and her profession should have no bearing on her being raped. The rapist would be the one on trial, not the VICTIM. Re-entry after deportation makes one a felon. Illegal aliens are not entitled to due process under the Constitution. The only hearing they get is a deportation and banning hearing. Ramirez was deported after a factory raid in 2002 and he returned within weeks. Ramirez = FELON.
