Federal probe of Shenandoah killing urged

Civil rights leaders Wednesday urged the U.S. Justice Department to prosecute two Shenandoah teenagers who were acquitted earlier this month on charges relating to the beating death of a Mexican immigrant.

A Schuylkill County jury on May 1 found Piekarsky not guilty of third-degree murder, voluntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter, and Donchak not guilty of aggravated assault and assault with a deadly weapon in a July 2008 confrontation in Shenandoah with Luis Ramirez, who was 25 and in the country illegally.

I trust the verdict of the jury. The speed in which the jury came in with a verdict shows this case was not murder.
An adult illegal lives with a teenager over the objections of her parent. The teenager gets pregnant. In the heat of the fight the illegal goes back to take on more. The teenagers are all drunk but the illegal adult's pride takes over for the challenge of more fighting.

I haven't all the facts but it certainly makes for an uncomfortable feeling that the federal justice department may be out for political expediency in placating a force in support of a statutory rapist undocumented illegal alien.

investigate why Mexicans are allowed in My Country illegally. They can start at this rally by checking all of the green cards of these so called people.
Then the JP can check for bogus social
security cards, any illegals are to be

Yes,it's called "Double Jeopardy".If you have been on trial and found not guilty,that's it.Even if say OJ Simpson came on national TV and confessed to the world that he was 100% guilty for the deaths of his ex wife & Ron Goldman.Oh well.Too late now.He was aquitted by a jury.
