Shot first ask questions later seems to be the MO in this case. Let's see the evidence! Where is the video from the parking lot or the police car dash cam? It's really nice how the media is so quick to report that their details are conflicting. Where is an interview from a witness? This doesn't add up! I hope there is an investigation. No matter what your past, police should be able to get away with murder and then claim they were scared! Oh, he reached for his seatbelt, errr I mean a weapon. How else are you gonna get out of a car if your seatbelt is on? Maybe he was backing the car up already when they approached FROM THE REAR to question him AFTER they realized who he was. Show the evidence!

Dont you think they should investigate it first ? The media has no claims to the evidence until the police release it. No one has any right to see it or ask for it until the investigation is complete.Until then we dont even know if he had a weapon..They dont have to disclose anything to the public if they dont want to.And it sounds to me like this guy has a hell of a violent past..Sounds like he met his destiny.
