I agree. I don't know why that intolerant gay couple discriminated against Jack. Was it just because he has religion? Easy to get a wedding cake elsewhere. The funny part is that gay marriage was illegal in Colorado at the time.

The gay couple didn't discriminate....the baker did.

If the baker were really "devout" he'd make an equal stank about not making wedding cakes for adulterers - the divorced, the cheating, the fornicatin' prior to marriage. He's not, the stupid, bigoted buybull hypocrite.
Gays do all of those things. That said, I'm sure Jack would "make an equal stank" if he knew. Now tell us, how would he know?

They did, it happened as soon as they filed a complaint. They had no respect for Jack or his religion.

"Shopping" is now "discriminating against the shop owner" in right-wing land.

Why not? The right-wing definition of "child molester" USED to be "transgendered person using the bathroom", and now it's "favorite Senate candidate". A right-wing reality TV star once apologized for a recording of him bragging about sexual assault, and now he says it's "fake news".

It's Opposite Day in America, thanks to the right-wing ethics vacuum.

No, I'm sure it's because he was OPEN. Evil gay mafia agendists just LOVE to patronize open businesses. They're targeted far more than closed businesses. For some reason.

It probably would have been easy for Pearlena Lewis and Anne Moody to have gotten lunch elsewhere, too. I'm glad they didn't cave.

Nope. The incident at Masterpiece Cakeshop took place in Summer of 2012. Same-sex marriage wasn't recognized in Colorado until October of 2014. Not sure where you get your faulty information.

I think dog marriages are still not recognized in Colorado, nor anywhere else. But not to fear, Jack Phillips' religion permits him to serve this sacred, biblical ceremony.

1. Demanding a service that wasn't offered was. Jack never offered gay wedding services.

You do know that 2012 was two years before gay marriage was made legal in Colorado, don't you? Not sure where you got you arithmetic lessons.

3. No such thing.

How much respect did Jack show them when he discriminated against them based on their sexual orientation?

Oops, I forgot...... discrimination isn't discrimination when a hypocrite "Christian" does it.

He served gays everyday, no discrimination. He did not offer gay wedding services to anyone, no discrimination.

Doesn't matter....he discriminated against the couple when he refused to make them a cake based on their sexual orientation.

The bible teaches to love and respect all people, not to judge others, and to love your neighbor.

It does not teach anti gay discrimination. This man went against what the bible teaches, and calls himself a "Christian." That makes him a hypocrite.

His bible must be different than yours. I've never read the bible but I recall seeing posts that say two men shouldn't lay together. I bet that's in his bible.

It does matter, he doesn't offer gay wedding services to anyone and he serves gays everyday. You have no argument.

Do you remember the passages about not judging others, treating them as you would be treated, and loving them?

I never read the book. I think there are many contradictions in it but I can only go by what I hear. I can't say with any authority what is and what isn't in the bible.
