Railroad tracks on Hwy 25E

When are they going to do something about the railroad tracks on 25? It's so bad my car now has a loose tail pipe. We need help. The railroad tracks are so bad ... anyone else feel we need the tracks worked on????? I do. HELP!

Yea, I know the feeling, I forgot how rough it was and last week went over it about 45 mph and got a flat.

need to contact CSX and the Paper to get the ball rolling and hopefully we will see results. anyone up to do that more than one person would be good...the tracks at the waterpark on 25E are the worse.

Do you mean to tell me they put railroad tracks on 25??? If you keep driving on them your going to have more than a loose tail pipe. Stay off the tracks!!!!! Maybe CSX is planning on commuting us to Corbin, Pineville, ETC., ETC., by train now, you think?????

saw the mayor out there a couple of weeks ago with somebody from the hwy dept and railroad trucks with about 10 men looking at them

OMG i hope its not jimmy hinkles job to fix that TRACK he will tell you it will be fixed mon morning but it will never happen [ but than again look how long it has been bad it may have benn his job all along ]

It is said there are miracles huh? Glad you saw them out there and was able to let we "car wreckers" know what's going on. Seems as if we can get roads worked on everywhere but where it's actually needed. So great. Thanks for the word.:)

you can drive down threw hidrick and down blue gabble straight and go around them if its that bad

They are bad especially going tward corbin, kinda stupid knox county. Fix it! What are we paying taxes for you bunch of idiotic knox elected officials. Why don't you do your pathetic job and at least get the tracks on 25 e fixed before someone gets killed and you are at fault. "the i love our good knox county officials guru"

Why go out of your way to go around them when they should be fixed. 25 is an important Highway ... it's a shame it has gotten this bad and so many vehicles have been damaged in some form because of it.

well is every one gonna start bit*hing when they shut 25 down to fix the crossing and detour threw hidrick fo 2 or 3 weeks and to the other guy that says its a county road well sorry its a state road the county has nothing to do with that road ding bat and it would be a massive opration to fix the crossing i know coz i work for the railroad not on the tracks but i do work for them they would have to shut both lanes down to fix it and what kind of mess is that gonna be its not an easy fix sorry

everybody knows it is a state highway but those tracks are the railroads the road is fine 100 feet down the road where there are no tracks wow that was easy now who should fix them huh
