"SkyRiver said when its customers went to OCLC for services, OCLC charged punitively high prices that were as much as 1,100 percent higher than they'd been charged before they became SkyRiver customers."
IF this is true then OCLC should be smacked HARD. Microsoft doesn't charge you $2,000.00 for a copy of windows7 if you own an iphone....and M$ is supposed to be an 'evil' corporation while OCLC is a not for profit!
