Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone is looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in emeryville? The Courtyard at 65th is a nice clean place that's only couple years old. Unfortunately, we have to move due to some personal reasons. We started the lease when rent was pretty low, so this is a good deal for a place this new and nice.
