Married Lawyer Sues eHarmony For Refusing Service

EMERYVILLE, Calif. A man separated from his wife but not quite divorced is suing the popular online matchmaker eHarmony for refusing to help him find a date.

Maybe if people were allowed to date while they are still married, there'd be a few less divoces. Suing because you have to wait 2 months to list yourself with an on line dating agency? How desparate can a guy get? And a lawyer, too... or is that the root of the problem?

Remember the last guy got mad because they were showing him profiles of people that had already 'found' someone? Wasn't EHarmony, but still, these services are humorous to me.

Are there really that many, lonely desperate people out there?(I couldn't get the link to work, but this guy wasn't even single yet, how desperate could he be?)

I think the problem with e harmony is that it does not tell you untill you went all the way completing your profile that they can't serve you because you are not divorced. I can empathise with Classen because it comes as a surprise, after being very nicely build up your profile.
