I'm sorry but this is funny.

What consists of dialogue in this forum is shown to the umpteenth degree by this thread.

20 of 21 posts already deleted and 21 on the bubble (I vote f-bomb of the island). We'll see how I fare.

The property rights battle that exists for marquee locations around the lake continues ... may the best lawyer win.

Private - You sound like a disgruntled x employee who got fired for ripping the company off!:)
Either way my friend, He owns the Island and nobody will force him to give it up, until he, himself decides to. Not the Elems, not the corrupt county who will weasel their way out of this so not to be sued by the sierra club or any others.
Enough Said, have a nice nite!

Unless your sailboat was equipped with a very high grade GPS unit that you knew how to use, both doubtful, or you had a USGS map and knew how to analyze it, again doubtful, you have no idea the area of the island in acres.
According to the Record Bee, the Nadys are planning two log cabins, one with three bedrooms and one with two for the caretaker. Paths are there from previous owners. The solar-electric system is in place as you should have seen from your alleged sailboat, which is now in doubt as you did not mention it. Another lie, Phil?
That your brother delivers soda and snacks to the vending machines at Nady, Inc. means nothing. The only time he would have any contact with Mr. Nady would be if he screwed up, but then that probably happens often and if your brother is as obnoxious as you, Phil, then we can all understand and sympathize with Mr. Nady.
And again, as has been pointed out: Where you do not like Mr. Nady, after one conversation in which it clearly appears you were obnoxious, you should be glad he wants to be on an island and not buying everything around you, planting GM seeds from Monsanto and giving wonderful parties to which you are not invited and his guests come over and pee on your pears. Be careful Phil; Mr. Nady is so successful he could make that happen just for laughs.
A: I kayaked around the island, slowly and close-up, I know where everything is on it, the solar array, the caretaker's cabin, the docks, and nobody is as good as guessing acreage as farmers because we always think in that unit of measure-any grower could tell the acreage of that island +/- five acres.
B: my conversation with nady was cordial and his wife seemed like a genuinely decent person, but he is like a lot of the got-rich-quick gang, he thinks money can solve every problem and has little patiance because he' doesn't have to.
C: my brother is in top-level management as a senoir design engineer at Cypress semiconductor, he knows a lot of the high-rollers in the biz and knows the nady type well as the owner of Cypress
is a lot like nady.

You can put the kayak away and come to Alaska with us. We're coming down to the Lake soon. You should see the pears up here, they look like gourds. We can put you in the back of the bug with did u know if he's still around. Always room for a few more in the Igloo up here, nice and cozy. We have a few games we play "Buckskin on the Bear Tooth" and "Ice Packer" if you get my drift.

It's good to hear from my friend Phil.

Looks like Nady's plan just slid off the table. Back to the drawing board.

This is nothing more than a systematic form of property confiscation.
That property was bought and paid for.
This is very dangerous. It means that any thing you may own can be taken away by three people if they are in the majority on the Lake County Board of Supervisors.
Yet Rob Brown can have a 100 Acres of Pot found on his property and that does not get confiscated.
Russel Perdock can run over a sailboat kills Lynn Thornton and gets a hug from sheriff Mitchell.
Jim Irwin can be the Mayor of Lakeport. Then sits on the Board of Directors of the Clear Lake Riviera Community Association. Shakes down the elderly with a lot clearing scam and forces short sales.
Douglas Wacker has his employees rubber stamping illegal lot splits through First American Title.
Then there is no one running against him. Pretty good gig file a $3300 fee for and elected $88,000 a year position with full benefits.
The Lake County Governments have nothing more than a long list of corruption and special interests. That have made it one of the poorest counties in the state.
The Truth Hurts, and this blog will be probably be deleted.

A: anyone who thinks Rob Brown was growing pot is a moron.
B: perdock and mitchell are no good, we knew that
C:Name a home in the Riviera that was short-sold because they couldn't afford to trim their weeds.
D:Doug Wacker doesn't "split" lots, that's only done by the PC.
E: this decision was made by the PC, not the BOS, and all five commisioners voted for it.
D: you don't know jack about ANYTHING, because you're an idiot!

actually, there is a chance it could be aquired by Elem through emminent domain, as apparently Mike Thompson has a plan to do that if need be, guess we'll have to see where all that goes.
