I understand the need to regulate the medical marijuana organizations, however, I don't understand why they were allowed to set up shop to begin with.

NO GOOD can come of it. I certainly would not want any club anywhere remotely close to where I live.

Frankly, if the medicinal need is so great for marijuana, an exact amount should be prescribed and regulated via triplicate prescriptions (just like adderall and other class C drugs) and dispensed by walgreens -- not at clubs.

I just know TOO, TOO many people that abuse the marijuana clubs and use it and share the marijuana for other than medicinal reasons.

As a matter of fact, I have yet to meet someone who actually uses medical marijuana for the purpose for which it is prescribed...

What a scam.

I've been using medicinal marijuana for 10 years for migraine headaches and insomnia brought on by menopause. I could not get relief from anything Walgreen's dispensed. Cannabis gives me relief.

I would love to be able to go to my local pharmacy and purchase via prescription but with misguided and misinformed people like you, safe access will never be obtained. Why not help and not crab about it if that is what you REALLY want to see?

Bitch. I could only hope that you or one of your loved ones is sent overseas to a war, only to have the government dump chemicals on you as you are out in the bush (I have friends who were sent to Vietnam against their will and had Agent Orange dumped on them!). Then come back with shit like type 2 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, or some sort of cancer...pills make you vomit...and pharmacuticals love idiots like you....you should just move to a facist state like georgia or something, where you can preach your bible, jack offf to Rush and Hannity, and a single joint will land you in the pen....what scares me the most is that you probably vote. Wake up and smell the coffee you ignorant trick!

No good can come of it? The government has been prescribing marijuana for over 30 years. They have been packaging it, and dispersing it for OVER 30 years. And you have the nerve to say not to let us open shop? Your nuts. http://www.youtube.com/watch... ... How can the government and people who are supposedly concerned citizens like you... allow such hypocrisy to continue. You will die over an overdose of Vicodin before you ever die from an overdose of marijuana. Please Josephine, speak when you can at least make sense. It's no wonder why attitudes like yours spread like a cancer.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Scorpio

Something that you've always taken for granted or believed implicitly could have a big question mark hanging over it during the next few weeks. The more entrenched your views are about this, the more difficult it will be to accept that perhaps it's time for a change of opinion or, at the very least, a revaluation of what you think. Mercury turns retro in your house of communications, so do your best to be open-minded now.
