And you sir, are a prime example of the great citizens you speak of. I think what's important here, is the fact that human life is worth less every day. I know this isn't a popular view, but ever since Roe v Wade, our value on human life has deteriorated. 12 years for taking another life, is a joke. I wonder what it will be like 50 years from now?

Sad Reality is a little off topic and unclear in his/her judgment. Are you serious? Does nationality really matter in a murder case? Seig Hiel you fine upstanding ass.

Impressive, bringing Roe v Wade into an article that has nothing to do with it.

What I do not understand is that people will talk negatively about "illegal aliens" not really realizing that these are still people! Human beings with families and people who have morals. Just because someone is from another country and came here to seek a better life for their family legal or illegally, why does that make them any less of a human? I doubt that whoever talks negatively about others is without sin or flaw themselves.

I was trying to point out why I think the value of human life has gone down. If it offended you, I'm sorry.

St. Paul Cops were probably too busy cowtowing to MADD and pulling over someone weaving inside their lane to catch this guy. I bet they wish they could do some real police work instead of sitting outside bars or setting up speed traps.

The value on life is far greater today. You just have TV, Radio, Web & Newspapers today to report al the murders.

Yes we all know that there were NEVER any murders in this country until Roe vs Wade.

Thanks, Ronald Reagan. Another senseless act of violence thank to the senseless war on drugs.

Leave it to the far right wingnut males to bring a woman's right to choose into the conversation. Abortion has nothing to do with this story.

And I see we also have similar conservative wingnuts worried about all the "illegal" aliens and blathering on about how they are taking our jobs at McDonalds, etc.

Note to self: do not pith Dale Cook off...
Dale Cook wrote:
here's the deal:
the trick is you have to get about a 6 foot long piece of chain link fence.
and some Romex type house wire.
you cut the body in pieces,
legs, arms, and the torso straight across the sternum
that way the lungs will be punctured
and so will the abdominal cavity
so when it starts to decompose it won't hold air and float.
wrap it WITH the concrete blocks,
use copper wire to tie the fencing together on ALL sides
copper won't rust away.
then throw it in the lake
and you'll not see or hear of it again in your lifetime.

Too complex Dale Cook, the body needs to be wrapped in
something smooth, weighted and put in a part of the lake
where anchor ropes won't catch on it. It seems this
guy stuck 1 concrete block on the guys leg and tossed him
in about 3 feet of water in front of his own cabin.

Of course then there is the Cohen Bros. "Fargo" solution.

HEY now that's not fair, some of us good Americans need those McDonald's jobs, you know like some of the milliion (or whatever the number is) people who were laid off in the past year! I bet they (for the most part) can speak english also!
