Ohio Supreme Court ruling keeps Quinn off ballot
The Ohio Supreme Court has thrown out would-be Elyria mayoral candidate Tim Quinn's bid to return to the November ballot.

He may have changed but, if it is the same man I remember, he's a drunk and a womanizer. Owns one of the trashiest bars in town. Nothing but trouble unless you want the next mayor's best friends to be the dregs of Elyria.
Go take a look in Quinns bar on Cleveland St. Trashing the whole neighborhood between this bar and the one down the street from it. Both are complete dives who cater to the lowest form of life this town has to offer.
Better NO mayor than this chump.
