Wow! He should get life in prison, the same sentence he handed his victims.

Give the geek life in prison. Let him rot away and keep the public safe from his filthy disease. Thanks to the sodomizers and other perverts for this wonderful gift.

Hey Tim - it takes two to tango. Shouldn't those women have protected themselves! You should not trust that someone else doesn't have an STD if you are not in a long-term committed realtionship!

Then he'll spread the HIV to all the prisoners. They need to tattoo HIV on his forehead to prevent him from spreading it further!

While I agree it takes two and any woman having unprotected sex (or man for that matter) is ignorant. But you sound like his cousin or something.

I totally agree. It is pretty crappy he would knowingly have unprotected sex since he has the HIV virus. But ladies, seriously? Use protection, seriously.

What he did was criminal and immoral, but why would someone have sex without insisting on protection anyway?

The saying "it takes two to (fill in the blank)" seems appropo.

You know...He should be punished. However, it has not been proven that they got it from him as this story is incomplete. They could have gotten it elsewhere as well. Has anyone thought of that?

Definitely not a cousin or even know the guy for that matter. I just don't like when people portray these men and woman who contract such things as victims. When this is, for the most part, a preventable disease that could have been prevented with simply using portection. You wouldn't knowingly share a needle, why knowingly have unprotected sex.

Wake up people- you need to always assume that a partner is hiv+ and protect yourself. and educate yourself on STD and HIV transmission.

I understand, you wouldn't share a needle, I wouldn't either - but plenty of people do. When something is an accepted moral in a culture, this stuff is going to happen. You think that everyone who made it to 7th grade doesn't hear not to have inprotected sex? They do. Some listen, some think "It will never happen to me.". Guess what - it can happen to anyone. Doesn't mean people are going to stop.

This guy is pure scum! But these women aren't without blame. If you are going to sleep with someone who you are not in a monogamas relationship with, you're playing Russian roulette. At some point you are gonna lose. Each of these women can say they thought they were the only one, but to put your life into someones hands without having that person tested is very irresponsible. I also think the charge of felonious assault is too minor, this guy should also be charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and if any of these women die from the disease or a complication from it he should then be charged with homicide. I just hope these women can go on living as normal a life as possible and hopefully can have a little relief knowing he could spend a long time in prison for what he did to them.

sounds like 4 counts of attempted murder to me, no different than taking a syringe of infected blood and sticking someone with it.

Basically, for all intents and purposes,he has committed murder by giving these women the HIV disease willingly and with malicious intent.Granted, these women aren't dead, yet, from the disease, however,it is incurable and IS a death sentence in the long run as carriers eventually develop AIDS and die.
He should be executed.
