Tax increase will fix Lorain roads, save jobs

Roads will be smoother and the parks will cleaner with Tuesday's passage of Issue 13, a 0.5 percent income tax increase.

I used to live in Lorain across from Lorain baptist on palm. I loved south view high. Was there 76-77. They spend money wisely unlike southeast Michigan.
