Thanks to the difference Mike Folmer made in Harrisburg.

Once again Pa. Senator Mike Folmer has decided to undermine our local unionized police officers and make them the whipping boys for his useless legislation.

Mike Folmer thinks our local police officers are being to hard of farmers because they do their jobs and cite farmers for hauling unsecured loads.

Senator Mike Folmer feels our police officers are being overly rigorous in applying this law towards farmers.

Senator Folmer needs to learn how our current justice system works. Any farmer that is cited for this or any vehicle code violation is entitled to a hearing in front of their local elected Magistrate District Judge.

The Magistrate District Judge would actually be the person that would decide if a current law is being applied correctly.

I realize it really easy for Pa. Senator Mike Folmer to make our unionized local police officers the easy scapegoat for enforcing our current laws and doing their jobs.

Pa. Senator Mike Folmer is 100% wrong with the accusations putforth in his bill and needs apologize publicly to every local police officer in his district he accused of making their own laws.

Pa. Senator Mike Folmer needs to learn how our current state justice systems works before he starts firing out Pa. State Senate legislative memoradum that make blatant false accusations against our local police officers within Mike Folmer's district.

The last thing we need in this state is an elected Pa. State Senator like Mike Folmer directing the local police officers in his district on when, where, who and how they should fine citizens or interpret our current state laws.

Did you actually comprehend what was mentioned in that link? There's already exceptions regarding small debris from highway maintenance and construction vehicles as well as live or slaughtered animals being hauled. You don't mention one thing about just taking those out as well and having them defend themselves in court. I wonder why? Oh, that's right!! You don't actually care about it yourself, you're just looking for reasons to bash Folmer whether they have any basis in reality or not!

Folmer is not making the police his whipping boys. He's trying to protect farmers from having to waste time/money over defending their accidental dropping of a few leaves. Are you truly against farmers? It sure seems so! I'm surprised you got so many votes this past election, Litz. I wonder how you swindeled those people into voting for you.
