I think this is outragous, I just read the Connell city details on the web; talking about good small town living and values. Great parks and good people, so how can gangs fit into this small town dream of living? I think this is just not that good!!! I love small town living, away from big city living to include GANGS. SWo what is the deal with this, and thretening the graduation cerimony of high school students. Connell, WA please clean up this mess, your town advertises good small town living with a great atmosphere and quality values; so how is this GANG operating in Connell and if so please advertise "Connell, good small town living with values and GANG activitiy".
